Closing Costs: How Much to Budget -- AOL Real Estate

Closing Costs: How Much to Budget -- AOL Real Estate

This is a great reminder of how important it is to work hand in hand with a mortgage company and a Realtor. As your Buyers Representative I can work with your mortgage officer to determine if and how many dollars a seller can contribute to your closing costs. It is so important to have a trained professional looking out for the buyer and negotiating on behalf of the buyer.
If you are buying a home in the Conroe, Lake Conroe, The Woodlands, or Spring areas be sure to contact me and I will be happy to be your Buyer's Representative and work through the entire transaction with you.
As Realtors we refer more than one mortgage company so that you can find the best fit for your home purchase. Be sure to call me and let's get the ball rolling!

I am always studying and looking for new ways to improve my business. Today one of the tips I have learned is that when taking pictures of a home, if you will remove area rugs it will make the room look larger. Who would have thought that?

To list your home on MLS and have wonderful photos taken of your beautiful property call me or email me today.

Pray Down at High Noon

Even with our busy schedules if we can just stop in our tracks and take a few precious moments to verbalize The Lord's Prayer it's going to make a change. My own experience has followed with a peace that passes all understanding when I stop, bow my head and join with the guest who is leading the prayer each day over KSBJ. I challenge you to set your radio to KSBJ each day and pray with us.

God is our good and loving Father; would you pause at noon each day and say the most famous of all prayers - the Lord’s Prayer?

Small blessings: Sunday I planted 8 purple Angelonias, 22 red Pentas and 4 flats of Vincas. I watched as butterflies already fluttered by and best of all a Hummingbird whizzed by! Quietly and being still I watched as the Hummer checked out what I was doing and then I heard the chatter of another in a nearby bush. There must be TWO and they will be back. Thanking God for my little blessings which stir my heart!
